3. Client Obligations

As a client of Redwood Information and Technologies, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information to enable us to deliver the services
Cooperate with our team to facilitate the timely completion of services
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services
Failure to comply with these obligations may result in suspension or termination of services

4. Intellectual Property

All data, methodologies, processes and software developed by Redwood Information and Technologies remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in a specific contract. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such intellectual property solely for the purpose of receiving services from Redwood Information and Technologies.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes, but is not limited to, technical data, trade secrets and other non-public information. Breach of confidentiality may result in legal action.

6. Payments and Invoicing

All fees for services will be outlined in the service agreement or contract.

Payments must be made within the specified timeframe as outlined in the invoice
Late payments may incur interest or additional charges, as outlined in the service agreement

Redwood Information and Technologies reserves the right to suspend services if payments are delayed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Redwood Information and Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. In no event shall the company’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the services.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to provide high-quality services, but Redwood Information and Technologies makes no warranties regarding the outcomes or results of the services provided. All services are offered “as is” without any warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Redwood Information and Technologies reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of non-payment or breach of these terms by the client.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws and any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of that jurisdiction.

11. Amendments to Terms

Redwood Information and Technologies reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated to clients and continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
